experience something new

Abby Endashaw, MA, IFS Trained LPC Associate
The Full Story
Hi, I’m Abby. I’m a therapist who helps people heal from childhood trauma, navigate complex family dynamics, and make choices that align with their true selves. I often work with Black women, children of immigrants, and queer people who are trying to make choices that are authentic and honor all parts of themselves. Many of my clients come to me feeling like they’ve been the “strong one” in their families—always carrying responsibility while losing touch with their own needs.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients move beyond survival patterns and build self-trust, healthier boundaries, and deeper connection. My work as a therapist is shaped by my own experiences. I've received therapy that was unsafe and therapy that was ineffective. Working together you will notice that I prioritize getting to know you and your goals for therapy in the first two sessions. As we go on, we will check back and amaas well as my training in leadership development, intercultural competency, and community building, which means I bring both cultural awareness and compassion into the therapy space.
