All About Me

As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, my passion is to create a space where queer and neurodivergent folks can feel truly seen and accepted. It is not uncommon for first-, second-, and third-culture folks to have experienced therapy that didn’t make space for their cultural identity—and sometimes even pressured them to conform to an individualistic social culture. The truth is, you don’t have to. You don’t have to suppress or hide any parts of yourself to show up in the world, and you definitely don’t have to do that in this therapeutic space.

I utilize person-centered therapy, existential approaches, and cultural practices to provide a space for you to explore the full depth of who you are, what your values are, and how we can co-create your world with your cultural and personal values in mind. My therapeutic practice is social justice–oriented, sex-positive, and kink-allied. Together, we can explore your values and passions, and how to meaningfully integrate them into your daily life—all while honoring your culture and helping you show up as your most authentic self.

I work with clients navigating depression and anxiety as well as those navigating challenging relationships. I particularly enjoy supporting first and second gen immigrants, BIPOC folks, and folks practicing ENM.

My background includes a Masters in Counseling from Saybrook University and I bring experience in community mental health and organizing with Queer Motherland, a group connecting Queer African diaspora to one another and their cultures

.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will honor every part of who you are—your culture, your values, your relationships, and your identity—I’d love to walk with you on your journey toward healing and authenticity.
